Jason Nuyttens

Third Level Support Engineer at USAN, Inc.

Jason Nuyttens has extensive work experience in technical support and management roles. Jason started their career at ITW Paslode as a Lab Technician, where they maintained and upgraded computer equipment and conducted experimental testing. Jason then joined Worldspan as a Technical Support Engineer, where they designed and installed LAN and WAN networks and configured networks using Windows NT and Cisco Routers. After that, they worked at USAN as a Third Level Support Engineer, providing 24/7 support for IVR environments and deploying applications using Ansible and Azure playbooks. Jason later became the Northwest Field Operations Manager at USAN, where they managed a call processing center and provided support for national hosted PBX call centers. Jason has demonstrated strong technical skills in troubleshooting and configuring various systems and has experience in project management and customer support.

Jason Nuyttens obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University. Jason attended the university from 1993 to 1998.
