Keegan McIver

Keegan McIver has a diverse work background in the technology industry. Keegan currently serves as a Senior Devops Engineer at USAN, Inc. since April 2019. Previously, they worked as a DevOps Engineer at GreenSky® from July 2018 to April 2019, where they maintained and improved systems both on-premise and on the cloud using AWS, HashiCorp Terraform, Vault, Consul, Chef, and Bash. Before that, they worked at Star2Star Communications, LLC as a Developer from February 2016 to July 2018. In this role, they worked on bug fixes, feature development, deployment, and helped manage mass provision systems. Keegan also contributed to migrating workflows from SVN to Git. Earlier in their career, they worked at Vonage, starting as a Technical Support Specialist in February 2012 and later held positions such as Lead Technical Specialist, Technical Sales Engineer, Escalation Specialist, and Device Manager, and Customer Success Liaison. In these roles, they gained experience in documentation, troubleshooting, reporting, sales, product development, and customer support, specializing in VoIP systems.

Keegan McIver attended Georgia State University from 2005 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree, focusing on Human Computer Interaction in Computer Science. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Film.
