Mark Buckley

Mark Buckley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and cloud services industries, currently serving as the Senior Director of the Agile PMO at USAN, Inc. since December 1990. Under Mark's leadership, USAN has spearheaded innovations in AWS Cloud Contact Center Solutions, enhancing customer experiences through the USAN Contact Suite. Mark's previous roles include Business Development as an account manager and technical sales consultant, as well as Vice President of Network Management overseeing operational departments. Prior experience includes engagement management at Avaya, Inc. for a significant Managed Services Contract and roles at National Data Corporation and Sprint. Mark holds Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and AWS Cloud Certified Practitioner (AWS-CCP) certifications, coupled with education from Kennesaw State University.
