Richard Garrison Mosley

Richard Garrison Mosley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Richard Garrison started their career in 2005 as a Media Development professional at Blossoming Noise. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Gem Shopping Network, where they served as the Production Lead and Technical Director, managing production staff and operating advanced audio/visual equipment for live television broadcasting. Richard Garrison also worked as a Call Center Supervisor and Account Manager, maintaining multi-million dollar customer accounts.

In 2011, Richard joined Netflix as a Technical Support representative, where they independently researched and resolved technical issues with the website and customer accounts. Richard Garrison provided technical assistance to users of over two hundred service-compatible devices.

From 2012 to 2013, they worked at AppFog as a Support Engineer and Product Specialist. Richard Garrison assisted end users with application deployment and maintenance across multiple infrastructures and served as the initial sales contact for small and medium-sized business clients.

In 2014, Richard joined Merrill Corporation - Legal Solutions as an Application Support Specialist. Richard Garrison supported the functionality of internal software, conducted QA and regression testing, and managed MS SQL reporting and data migration for enterprise clients.

In 2016, they started working at USAN, Inc. as a Telecom Engineer III, where they deployed and supported interactive voice response applications for financial institutions. Richard Garrison also gained extensive experience in project management, application support, and product launch. Richard Garrison later served as a Project Implementation Engineer, leading the migration and upgrade of internal platform infrastructure for enterprise clients. Currently, Richard is working as a Technical Scrum Master, overseeing project implementation teams and creating engineer stories within a two-week sprint framework.

Richard Garrison Mosley attended Portland State University from 2009 to 2011, studying geology. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they attended Georgia State University Perimeter College.
