Peter Rugg

Peter Rugg, MD, FACEP, has an extensive background in medicine and education, serving as President of PWR Group and Medical Director at Critical Knowledge, Inc. since their respective founding in 1982 and 2004. Rugg is also the co-founder of Rugg Wellness, PC, and Rugg Wellness, focusing on integrative medical and holistic health coaching. Rugg has held roles as an attending physician and department chairman at UMass Memorial HealthAlliance since 1986, along with serving as an assistant professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Additionally, Rugg is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and has been an advocate for Epocrates. Rugg's educational background includes an MD from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and a BA cum laude in Neuroscience from Amherst College.
