Russell Barton

Russell Barton is an experienced nutrition professional with a robust background in the health sciences sector. Currently serving as a Senior Nutrition Scientist and Social Media Manager for Health and Science Education at USANA Health Sciences since December 1997, Russell has developed educational resources through the department website. Previous experience includes a role as a Nutrition Consultant at Jenny Craig, where Russell excelled in sales and client retention, and an Adjunct Faculty position teaching Nutrition 101 at Utah Valley University, responsible for course design.
