Sheena Blauvelt, MBA, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Executive Director of HR at USANA Health Sciences since January 2017, where responsibility includes leading global initiatives for talent recruitment, development, and retention, with an emphasis on leadership development. Prior to this, Sheena held the position of Chapter President at Salt Lake SHRM from January 2016 to December 2021, successfully increasing membership by over 70% and earning the SHRM platinum excel award. Their earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Cirris Systems Corp, where Sheena developed HR policies and procedures, and as Human Resource Director at Apartment Management Consultants, LLC, overseeing significant growth in the HR team and employee base.
