Aaron Williams, P.E.

Aaron Williams, P.E. has over 10 years of experience in engineering. Aaron began their career in 2011 as a Professional Engineer at National Oilwell Varco, where they served as ASME Quality Control Manager, Bulk Cement Plant designer / Project Manager, and managed the design of dry and wet chemical blending plants, including the use of FEA and CFD to optimize construction and performance. Aaron also provided remote and on-site problem solving and customer support, as well as design of multiphase pneumatic conveying systems, pressure vessels to ASME Sec. VIII, structures for wind and seismic loads per AISC/ASCE 7, and offshore lift frames conforming to DNV 2.7-1, 2. In 2020, they joined River Bend Industries LLC as an Engineer. Currently, they are a Senior Process Engineer at USA Rare Earth, LLC since 2022.

Aaron Williams obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma between 2007 and 2011. Aaron also holds two certifications: Certified Weld Inspector (C.W.I.) from the American Welding Society and Professional Engineer (P.E.) from the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors.
