Kristen Newton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kristen most recently worked at USA Rare Earth, LLC, starting in April 2023 as an Assistant Controller. Prior to that, Kristen worked at PwC for ten years, where they held various roles including Assurance Senior Manager, Assurance Manager, Assurance Senior Associate, and Assurance Associate. Kristen started at PwC in September 2013 and ended in April 2023. Before joining PwC, Kristen worked at James Teague & Co. CPAs as an Associate from June 2010 to December 2012.
Kristen Newton obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business in 2011. Kristen further pursued their education at the same institution and earned a Master of Science in Accounting in 2012. Kristen also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) granted by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
