Patricia Ost

Patricia Ost is currently the Vice President of Business Operations & Strategy at USA Rare Earth, LLC, having joined in February 2025. Prior to this role, Patricia served at Energy Recovery, Inc. from March 2019 to February 2025, where titles included Senior Director of Organizational Transformation and Support, Director of PMO, and Director of Business Process Improvement.
