Rick Nazaruk

Rick Nazaruk has extensive experience in management consulting, with a focus on change management, operational improvement, and continuous improvement projects. Rick has held leadership positions at USC Consulting Group, Alexander Proudfoot, and DB&A - DeWolff, Boberg & Associates, Inc. Prior to their consulting career, they held sales roles at Huntco Steel and Worthington Industries, where they were responsible for sales in various regions and managed sales teams.

Rick Nazaruk received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business/Economics from Ashland University. Prior to attending Ashland University, Rick Nazaruk attended Half Hollow Hills, where they did not earn a degree or specify a field of study.
