Ryan McDonald

Ryan McDonald has a diverse work experience in various positions. Ryan started their career in 2005 as a Personal Banker and later became a Financial Service Associate at CIBC. In 2011, they transitioned to MCAP, where they worked as a Regional Account Manager and then as a Residential Mortgage Underwriter. In 2014, Ryan joined Home Trust Company as a Business Development Manager. Currently, they work at USC Credit Union as the Director of Business Development. Overall, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in business development and financial services throughout their career.

Ryan McDonald has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science from the University of Victoria, which they completed in 2001. Ryan then pursued a Diploma of Technology in Business Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, completing it in 2009. In addition to their formal education, Ryan has obtained several certifications, including the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute in January 2009, the Investment Funds in Canada certification from the Institute of Canadian Bankers in January 2006, and the Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) certification from the Credit Union National Association in April 2022.
