Gad Heilweil

Gad Heilweil is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Doheny Eye Institute, UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, with experience at the institution since 2014. In addition, Gad Heilweil has served as a Vitreoretinal Surgeon at UCLA Health since April 2009. Prior to these roles, Gad Heilweil practiced as an Ophthalmologist at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center from 2003 to 2009. Gad Heilweil earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 1991 and 1998.
