USC Liquid Propulsion Laboratory (LPL)
Nico von Eckartsberg is a Fluid Systems Development Engineer at USC Liquid Propulsion Laboratory. Previously, as President of Andover Competitive Engineering Society, they led a team that secured 2nd place at F1 in Schools Nationals. At Phillips Academy, they worked as a Design Engineer and Student Researcher on various projects related to asteroid rotational periods and exoplanet transits. Additionally, they conducted astrophysics research at The Summer Science Program and provided technical support at Marin Country Day School. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Astronautical Engineering at the University of Southern California.

We are a student-led lab at the University of Southern California with the mission to design, build, and test liquid rocket engines. Our teams span across feed systems, data acquisition, engines, and all other aspects of designing, testing, and operating liquid rocket engines. We offer a hands-on environment for students who are interested in rocket propulsion, providing valuable experience that gives members a head-start when entering industry.
