Jill Mathison

Jill Mathison has over 25 years of experience in hospital operations management, with a focus on clinical and ancillary services, licensing, accreditation, and compliance within acute-care hospitals and academic medical centers. Currently serving as the Director of Oncology Service Line at Methodist Hospital of Southern California since August 2017, Jill also holds the position of Vice President of Ambulatory Services at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center and has been the Associate Administrator at USC Norris Cancer Hospital since November 2012. Previous roles include Associate Administrator of Operations at Keck Medical Center, Vice President of Professional Services and Compliance at Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center, and Regulatory and Clinical Improvement Coordinator at City of Hope National Medical Center. Jill holds a Master’s degree in MBA/HCM from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care from Salisbury University.
