Royce Uehara has a strong background in technology consulting and project management, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Royce started their career at Ernst & Young, where they rapidly advanced from consultant to senior manager and achieved impressive sales results. Royce then worked at Lionsgate, where they administered and supported the Lawson ERP system and developed interfaces for electronic data interchange. At HealthCare Partners, they served as the Director of Clinical Information Systems, overseeing the implementation and support of the Allscripts Enterprise Electronic Health Record. Royce later joined CHMB - California Healthcare Medical Billing as a Professional Services Executive, where they managed technical services and operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Applications at Keck Medicine of USC.
Royce Uehara attended Schurr High School from 1985 to 1989. After completing high school, they went on to study at the University of California, Berkeley from 1989 to 1993. During their time at Berkeley, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Research. In addition to their formal education, Royce obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in July 2012.
