Tom Mackall

Tom Mackall has a long and varied career in the business and legal fields. Tom began their career in 1990 as an attorney-associate at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart. In 1994, they moved to Hunton & Williams LLP, where they worked as a partner and associate. In 2000, they joined Linsang Manufacturing Inc. as Vice President of Business Development. In 2004, they were hired by Sodexo as Vice President of Global Labor Relations and Vice President of Employee & Corporate Relations. In 2010, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at the Tahirih Justice Center. In 2011, they were appointed Chair of the Maryland State Advisory Committee at the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. In 2018, they were hired as Senior Counsel at USCIB-United States Council for International Business and as a Governing Body Member at the International Labour Organization. Most recently, in 2022, they became Regional VP North America & Management Board Member-IOE at the International Organisation of Employers (IOE).

Tom Mackall has a Bachelor of Arts from Denison University, a Master of Divinity from Harvard University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
