Alessandra Latina is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in controlling and financial management across various sectors. Currently serving as Group CFO and Head of Group Controlling at USCO ITR since December 2013, Alessandra has played a pivotal role in overseeing financial strategy and reporting. Previously, at ISAB S.r.l., Alessandra led the Planning and Control Department within one of Europe's largest refineries, while at ERG SpA, responsibilities included managing the Planning and Control for the Power & Gas sub-holding and overseeing organizational development, recruitment, and training for around 500 employees. Alessandra holds a degree in Economics from Università Bocconi, completed in 1998.
