Kris Carr is a Resource Sped case manager at USD #457 with over 17 years of experience working with children in special education. Prior to this, Kris worked as a classroom teacher at USD #215 for 13 years. Kris holds a Master's degree in ESL from Newman University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from St. Mary of the Plains.

Garden City Unified School District #457 has the ninth largest enrollment in the state of Kansas, serving over 7,700 students in 18 attendance centers.
