Jeff Crenshaw, CRIS, MLIS, CLCS

Jeff Crenshaw has a comprehensive work experience in various industries. Jeff is currently working as a Risk Manager at USD Group LLC since 2021. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Bowen, Miclette & Britt Insurance Agency, LLC, starting in 2008 and continuing until 2021, where they served as a Construction Risk Management and Advisor.

Before joining Bowen, Miclette & Britt, Jeff spent nearly two decades in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Scout Sniper Platoon Sergeant from 1994 to 2014.

Throughout their career, Jeff has also held positions at Hilb Rogal & Hobbs as a Sales professional from 2006 to 2008, and at Aon Risk Management & Consulting as a Sales professional from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they worked at Aon Risk Services from 2003 to 2005 in a role responsible for policy maintenance.

Jeff started their professional journey in 1999 as an Inside Sales Rep at Inkjet, Inc, where they worked until 2000.

Overall, with their diverse experience in risk management and sales roles, coupled with their military background, Jeff Crenshaw brings a wealth of expertise and a strong work ethic to their current position as a Risk Manager.

Jeff Crenshaw's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University, which they obtained from 1990 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Spring High School from 1988 to 1990. Before high school, they studied at Candlestick Christian Academy from 1982 to 1988.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jeff Crenshaw has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Jeff earned the Management Liability Insurance Specialists (MLIS) certification from the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI) in November 2016. Jeff also obtained the Construction Risk Insurance Specialists (CRIS) certification from the same institution in April 2013. Furthermore, they completed the Commercial Lines Customer Specialist program at the Hartford School of Insurance in August 2007. Most recently, in June 2021, they acquired both the Transportation Risk and Insurance Professional certification from IRMI, as well as the RIMS Professional Member designation from RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.).
