James Steger

James Steger is currently the Director of System & Data Quality at USDM Life Sciences since October 2022. Previously, James held the position of Data Integrity Manager at Tolmar from January 2020 to July 2022, and served as IT Compliance Security / Computer System Validation Site Lead at Jabil between April and December 2019. James's experience also includes roles at DePuy Synthes Companies and Lonza Biologics, focusing on Computer System Validation and Data Integrity from 2018 to 2019 and 2007 to 2018, respectively. Prior work experience includes Computerized Systems Validation / Quality Assurance at DSM Pharmaceuticals from 2006 to 2007 and technical roles at Advanced Internet Technologies, Inc. from 2001 to 2006. James began a military career with the United States Army as an Airborne Infantry member in the 82nd Airborne Division from 1997 to 2000. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in Biology and Psychology from Virginia Tech and is a graduate of the United States Army Chemical School as a Chemical Operations Specialist.
