John Morgan

John Morgan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, GMP validation, and compliance within the biopharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Validation Lead and Senior IT Project Manager at USDM Life Sciences since August 2015, John manages corrective and preventative actions for a major biopharmaceutical client in California, focusing on data integrity and compliance. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Alcon, including Sr. Manager/Assoc. Director of R&D IT, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing R&D IT functions, leading team initiatives, and managing over 25 information systems related to laboratory operations. Additional experience includes positions at Alcon Laboratories, where John provided laboratory automation consulting, and at Inotek Systems Engineering, where John engaged in business analysis and project management for industrial automation projects. John holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas.
