Ascend
Praveen Chekuri is the co-founder and co-CEO of Ascend, a company that provides engineering and product development services. Praveen has also served as the director of engineering at Hippo Insurance and as the head of product and engineering at Sheltr. Prior to their work at Ascend, Praveen worked as a software engineer at Houseparty, where they helped rewrite the iOS and Android apps from scratch and developed several features end-to-end. Praveen also worked on growth initiatives and the Mac app from inception to release.
Praveen Chekuri attended Edison High School and then went on to study Computer Engineering at Rutgers University, where they earned their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree.
