Caren D. has a wealth of experience in business operations and analytics. Caren began their career in 2016 as a Strategy and Analytics professional at Digitas North America. In 2018, they joined Opendoor as the Head of Business Operations & Analytics, Institutional Partners, and held roles such as Operations Excellence Analytics, City Operations & Analytics, and Strategy and Analytics. In 2022, they moved to Found as the BizOps & Analytics Lead, and currently serves as the Head of BizOps at Avenue, where they work to help scale the next generation of ops-driven companies.
