Sergio Merino

Sergio Merino is a highly experienced executive currently serving as the Principal Chief Executive Officer of Sergio Merino y Cía. since June 2023. In addition to this role, Sergio holds prominent positions at Unión Social de Empresarios Cristianos as both Consejero and Presidente since March 2017. Previously, Sergio was involved with Frontal Trust from September 2017 to May 2024 in various capacities, including Senior Infrastructure Advisor and Portfolio Manager for Infrastructure. Additionally, Sergio has served as a Board Member and Chairman of the Board for Vespucio Norte Express from February 2019 to April 2024, and as Chairman of the Board for Túnel El Melón S.A. until October 2023, among other leadership roles. An alumnus of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Sergio holds a degree in Ingeniero Civil de Industrias, attained between 1970 and 1975.
