Carol Hopwood Sapp

Carol Hopwood Sapp is a QA Software Tester at Car-Part.com since March 2015, with a significant background in quality assurance and business intelligence. Previously, Carol served as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Great American Insurance from June 1999 to February 2015, where key achievements included initiating a project that streamlined legal payment testing and independently expanding a regression test suite. Additionally, Carol worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst, providing expertise in Cognos and Business Objects, and as an Application Developer. Carol holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Eastern Kentucky University, completed in 1999, following earlier education at Mason County High School.
