Jel Gutierrez has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jel started their career as an HR Intern at St. Luke's Medical Center in 2015 and later interned at ABS-CBN Corporation in 2016. In 2017, Jel joined Megaworld Corporation as an HR Associate, where they worked until 2020. During their time at Megaworld, Jel held the position of Senior Human Resources Associate from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Xine Communication as a Human Resource Administrator and worked there until 2021. Jel then moved to Continuity Partners in 2021, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter until 2022. Currently, Jel is employed at UsedCardboardBoxes & UCBZeroWaste (UCB) as a Human Resources Administrator.
Jel Gutierrez completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, studying from 2013 to 2017.
