Wess Damro

Wess Damro's work experience includes various roles in waste management and recycling. Wess currently works as the National Implementation Manager at UsedCardboardBoxes & UCBZeroWaste (UCB), a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, Wess worked as the Director at Logistics Recycling, Inc from 2019 to 2020, where they led a diverse team and operated a recycling and processing facility. Wess also created a total waste management program, including zero waste to landfill services.

From 2011 to 2019, Wess worked at Veolia North America in multiple roles. As the Contract Manager, they led a team responsible for strategic planning and defining the scope of work for a national contract. Wess also conducted internal margin analysis for newly awarded contracts. In their role as the Implementation & Sourcing Manager, Wess implemented startups at various commercial sites and managed a supply chain network of external contractors. Wess also monitored new technologies and handled commodity materials across the business.

At Veolia North America, Wess also served as the Site Manager for Procter & Gamble, where they managed waste transportation and disposal for a large manufacturing plant. Wess designed and implemented projects to meet sustainability goals, resulting in significant cost savings.

Wess Damro has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Wess also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
