Heather Carter

Heather Carter is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently, Heather serves as Founder and Principal at Venture Vitamin and holds board member positions at Growing Hope Gardens and Beverly Hills Women's Club. Previously, Heather was co-CEO of The Riveter and Founder and CEO of The Coterie Club, which was acquired in 2022. Heather has also played significant roles at Backstage Capital as a mentor and in various leadership capacities at The Wing and Helpr.
