Sean Coughlin

Sean Coughlin is the current Director of Sales at Hatch. Sean has over 10 years of sales experience, including 4 years in a leadership role. Prior to joining Hatch, Sean was the Director of Sales at pulseM from September 2020 to February 2021. Before that, they were the Strategic Initiatives Lead / SaaS Sales Team Lead at ThriveHive from July 2016 to April 2020, where they were responsible for training, mentoring, and coaching the sales team on new partner sales and new product sales. Sean has also worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Resource Options, Inc. from January 2015 to June 2016, and as a Machine Gun Section Leader in the United States Marine Corps from February 2010 to March 2016.

Sean Coughlin received their Bachelor's degree in Operations and Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, where they graduated Summa Cum Laude. Sean also attended the University of Rhode Island and Nashua High School North.
