Andrey Tavares is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and business development. Currently serving as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at Insider since June 2022, Andrey excels in building customer relationships and conducting business reviews utilizing Power BI data. Previously, Andrey worked at VTEX, focusing on key accounts and on-demand customer solutions, and gained significant experience at IBM in global financing and customer relationship management, auditing over $1.2 billion in contracts.
