Jason Kok is an experienced professional with a robust background in technical support and marketing communications. Currently serving as Associate Technical Support Manager at Insider since June 2021, Jason is responsible for providing platform support to enterprise partners, enhancing the adoption of the Growth Management Platform, and addressing technical issues. Previously, Jason worked as a Marketing and Communications Executive at Sasbadi Holdings Berhad, where responsibilities included writing press releases and coordinating marketing materials. Additional roles include Senior Executive in Media Advertising at Tropicana Corporation Berhad and Senior Account Executive at Chatter Chimpz Sdn Bhd, with a focus on client relations and advertising sales.
