Mark Cochrane

Mark Cochrane is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at Insider since July 2024. Prior to this role, Mark worked at Preezie from February 2021 to July 2024, where onboarding and managing over 100 clients, including notable national and global brands, were key responsibilities. During October 2020 to March 2021, Mark served as an Account Coordinator at PHD, facilitating comprehensive advertising campaigns for major clients such as Porsche and Priceline. Mark's experience also includes a tenure as an Account & Operations Manager at Katapult from October 2017 to October 2020, managing multiple projects and fostering strong client relationships. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from RMIT University, obtained between 2013 and 2016, and completed secondary education at Kew High School from 2007 to 2012.
