Sevil has led organizational design projects for finance, marketing, and commercial functions, as well as the implementation of a global HR transformation project. Sevil is also experienced in managing high-level stakeholder relationships and leading HR teams.

Sevil Kayaş Yılmaz has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management & Development (English) from Marmara University.
