USEN CORPORATION is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the music delivery and information and communication technology (ICT) businesses. The Company mainly operates through four business segments. The Music Delivery segment conducts music delivery business through coaxial cables, satellite circuit and the Internet, among others. The Business Systems segment is engaged in the development and sale of hospital, business hotel and leisure hotel business management systems. The ICT segment mainly provides Internet circuits for business customers. The Others segment is engaged in the advertising support business, and the management and development of music copyright. As of August 31, 2014, the Company had four subsidiaries and one associated company.
