Kenny Lai

Kenny Lai has over 16 years of work experience in various engineering and programming roles. Kenny is currently serving as the Director of Advanced Programming and Electrical Engineering at uSens Inc. since January 2017. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Staff Engineer at NovuMind Inc. from October 2015 to December 2016.

From August 2011 to September 2015, Kenny worked at Xilinx as a Staff System Engineer. During their tenure, they were responsible for tasks such as board system design, guideline for ZYNQ system board, schematics review for customers, and validation of PCIe 2.0 and USB 3.0 on FPGA and Veloce. Before that, they served as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Quantum3D from September 2008 to August 2011.

Kenny started their professional career at ESS Technology in August 2003 as a Design Engineer, where they worked until September 2008. Prior to joining ESS Technology, they worked as a System Design Engineer at Divio from August 2001 to August 2003.

Kenny Lai pursued their educational journey at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution and earned a Master of Science degree in Signal and Information Processing, which they completed from 1998 to 2001.
