Tony Ahn, M.Ed. CSPO has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tony is currently the Co-Founder and Head of Marketing at Parable, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Startup Marketing Consultant at Tony Ahn & Co., providing interim and fractional CMO services and marketing consulting for tech startups. From September 2020 to August 2021, Tony served as the Director of Product Marketing at Intry, a SaaS startup. In this role, they enhanced customer acquisition and user retention by assessing customer needs, generating competitive intelligence, and creating customer journey maps.
Before joining Intry, Tony founded and headed marketing at Tony Ahn & Co., a boutique digital PR and marketing agency. During their tenure from April 2012 to April 2020, they served a global client base of over 100 brands across multiple industries and led a team of 12. Tony also acted as the interim CMO for Skiddoo, driving significant increases in average order value and developing a successful Twitter campaign.
Tony's previous experience includes serving as the Head of Digital Services at GeiserMaclang Marketing Communications Inc, the largest independent integrated marketing communications agency in the Philippines. Tony led marketing operations for the agency's digital marketing business unit, working with clients from various industries. Tony successfully launched Jamba Juice in the Philippines and led a UX audit for a national restaurant chain.
In 2010, Tony founded Sterling Rep Social Media & Reputation Management, the Philippines' first reputation management consultancy. This consultancy was later acquired by the country's largest integrated marketing communications agency. During their time there, they developed digital crisis management plans and implemented innovative reputation management tactics.

Tony Ahn, M.Ed. CSPO has a Master's degree in Counselor Education from Penn State University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ethnic, Cultural Minority, Gender, and Group Studies from Western Washington University between 1996 and 1998.
Additionally, Tony Ahn has obtained various certifications. In January 2023, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance. In February 2023, they completed certifications in Agile Methods for UX Design, Data-Driven Design: Quantitative Research for UX, and UX Management: Strategy and Tactics from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF). In January 2023, they obtained a certification in Conducting Usability Testing from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF). Furthermore, they hold a Sales Enablement Certification from HubSpot Academy (June 2019), a Google Ads Search Certification from Google (June 2019), an Inbound Certification from HubSpot (October 2015), and a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google (June 2013).
Other certifications include Managing Generation Z, Stories Every Leader Should Tell, Telling Stories with Data, and Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization, all obtained from LinkedIn in varying years. Tony Ahn also completed the Affiliate and Partnerships Industry - Fundamentals certification from Partnerships Experience Academy in November 2022.
