Michele Hughes

Michele Hughes is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and project management within the user experience research field. Currently serving as Controller at User Insight since March 2008, Michele manages the company's operational and financial aspects and contributes to the executive team's strategic planning. Previous roles at User Insight included Director of Operations, where responsibility encompassed overseeing critical functions and managing personnel to ensure high client satisfaction, and Project Manager, where Michele led teams to deliver research projects for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations. Prior experience includes Research Manager at The Marketing Workshop, Inc., managing diverse research projects, and Project Director at Moore & Symons, overseeing numerous qualitative and quantitative research efforts. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
