Tung Van T.

Tung Van T. is a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer with over three years of experience. In 2021, they began working at Equifax, leading design thinking workshops for new product innovation for Portfolio Management and designing new B2B Commerce platform for Australia and New Zealand markets. In 2020, they began working at NAB as a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer - Financial Crimes, specialising in the Employee Experience (EX). Tung Van was also part of the Reusable Experience Design (RED) Crew, creating reusable design elements and patterns for NAB's Design System. In the same year, they also joined the UX Strategy Leaders Program at Center Centre-UIE, and was a Designer in Residence - Mentor at Academy Xi. In 2018, they began working at Cognizant as a User Experience (UX) & Strategic Design Lead and Senior User Experience (UX) Designer. In 2020, they were a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer (consulting) at Telstra, and in 2019 they were a User Experience (UX) Design Lead (consulting) at NAB and a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer (consulting) at Ashurst. In 2018, they were a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer (contract) at AIA.

Tung Van T. began their education in 2003, when they earned a Bachelor of Design (Multimedia Systems) from RMIT University. In 2006, they attended Fachhochschule (University of Applied Science) Schwäbisch Hall for Media Design. In 2017, Tung Van T. obtained the Unearthed Innovator certification from Unearthed Solutions. In 2018, they obtained the Leading SAFe 4.6 - Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. In 2019, they attended Academy Xi for the Research Master Class with Shane Morris. Currently, they are enrolled in the Center Centre UX Strategy Leaders Program.
