Carol Guest

Carol Guest is the Director of Product Management at User Interviews. Carol has over five years of experience in product management and has held senior positions at edX and Catalant Technologies.

At edX, Carol led product development and strategy for the Enterprise group. Carol built a team of four product managers and launched a new product line focused on providing courses to universities. Carol helped companies and universities around the world grow their people.

At Catalant Technologies, Carol was a product manager for a two-sided marketplace connecting businesses with independent consultants. Carol led product efforts spanning user acquisition to engagement and retention. Carol also led product for their recommendation system and related data science products. Carol rebuilt the app with three other PMs as part of a pivot to an enterprise software platform, launching the new product in 4 months.
