Mackenzie Clements is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, customer success, and revenue operations. Currently serving as a Sales and CS Engineer at UserGems since July 2025, Mackenzie previously held the position of Customer Operations Manager at Crunchbase, where responsibilities included strategizing post-sales operations and building processes to drive revenue growth. Prior roles also encompass significant contributions at Uscreen in revenue operations, where data-driven workflow changes and customer engagement initiatives resulted in increased annual recurring revenue (ARR).
