Ali Sidibaba has been working in the tech industry since 2013. ali started as a Stage at BUZZICHELLI MAROC in 2013, followed by a Stage technique at OCP SA in 2014. In 2015, they completed a Stage at Jacobs, and in 2016 a Stage de Fin d'Etudes at Danone Dairy. In 2017, they began working as a Regional Sales Engineer at Schneider Electric, where they were responsible for managing and developing a heterogeneous portfolio of around one hundred clients in the building sector. ali also animated the distribution network and proposed technical-commercial offers and negotiated business. In 2020, they joined Userguest as a Full Stack Engineer, and also began working at Gemography (formerly united remote) as a Software Engineer.

Ali Sidibaba attended 3W Academy in 2019, where they studied Informatics Engineering. From 2011 to 2016, they attended Ecole nationale supérieure d'Arts et Métiers - Meknès, where they received a Diploma of Engineering in Industrial Engineering.
