Neekon Etemad

Neekon Etemad is a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer currently at Sprig, where Neekon leads a cross-functional team in developing an AI insights generation pipeline. Previously, Neekon held roles as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Parade, and as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at inPowered, contributing to the launch of a SaaS product and mentoring team members. Neekon's earlier experience includes serving as a Tech Lead at FuelX, where Neekon designed a dynamic analysis dashboard and managed multiple microservices, and as a Full Stack Engineer at Manco Systems, where Neekon revamped a material resource planning interface. Neekon's professional journey began as a Specialized Swim Coach, providing tailored fitness programs for clients. Neekon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and has received education from Hack Reactor and De Anza Cupertino Aquatics.
