Michelle Helo has seven years of work experience. Michelle began their career in 2017 as an Architect at Mapp. In 2018, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Animalunos and as a Secondary Teacher at Los Andes University, where they were an Assistant Professor in Design Color Class. In 2019, they held two positions, Creative and Artistic Director at Punto 23 and Creative and Artistic Director/Head of Digital at Crearte Productions. In 2021, they became a Creative Director & Designer at Talk Media Group S.A.S, where they were responsible for creativity and design for brands such as Disney (Pixar, Marvel), Sony, Samsung, Avianca, Unilever, Rushbet, and Be Happy Fest. Finally, in 2022, they began working as a UX Designer at Userlytics Corporation.

Michelle Helo has a diverse educational background. Michelle obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Universidad de Los Andes between 2012 and 2019. In 2014, they also began studying Communication at the same university, and obtained a Designer Degree in 2018. In 2019, they obtained a Marketing Digital: Content & Community Manager Certificate from Universidad Galileo. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of Achivement from HarvardxDesign in 2018. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's Degree in Direction and Project Management at UNIVERSIDAD AMERICANA DE EUROPA (UNADE), which they are expected to complete in 2023.
