Rafael Viégas

Rafael Viégas has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. From 2009-2013, they worked as a Software Developer for CREA-RS, where they maintained software for the Employee Association of the Regional Council of Engineering and Architecture of Rio Grande do Sul. Rafael then worked as a Software Developer for Smart Software from 2013-2016, where they designed and developed software for fiscal document management. From 2016-2018, they worked as a Software Developer for Alientronics, where they designed and developed an open source software for fleet management. From 2018-2019, they worked as an IT Development Manager for the Brazilian Computer Society, where they led a software development team to manage members and events. Finally, since 2019, they have worked as a Senior Fullstack Developer for Userlytics Corporation.

Rafael Viégas earned a Bachelor in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul between 2008 and 2013, majoring in Information Technology. Rafael then went on to earn a Master degree in Computer Science from the same university between 2016 and 2018, also majoring in Information Technology.
