Sarita Saffon López has been working in the UX research field since 2013. In 2021, they began working as a Senior UX Research Consultant at Userlytics Corporation, where they are responsible for the end-to-end process of qualitative and quantitative user experience research projects for various digital products and services for clients in different industries. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Telefónica as a UX Researcher Aura and UX Research Intern, where they planned, conducted, and analyzed quantitative and qualitative user research to provide business and user experience recommendations for product innovation. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Young & Rubicam Group as a Planner & Brand Analyst and Intern of Planning & Brand Analysis, where they were part of a team of four mathematicians and the VP of Planning to develop the first analytical tool of health metrics and brand perception based on social media conversations. Sarita also conducted the first brand equity and consumer knowledge study of Generation Z in three Latin American countries for the largest chain of pharmacies in the country, Farmatodo, and developed the first consumer-focused communication strategy for Saint-Gobain Abrasivos based on quantitative surveys on brand image and personality, as well as in-situ qualitative insights of the abrasives workers niche. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Practicante of Psychological Research at Universidad de Los Andes, where they collected, prioritized, and analyzed information for the critical literature review "La internalización del ideal de delgadez: Factor de riesgo de alteraciones de la imagen corporal y los hábitos de alimentación, generados por la influencia de pares" for the Revista de Psicología de la Universidad de Antioquia, Volumen 6, No. 1 (2014).
Sarita Saffon López received their Master's degree in Market Research and Consumer Behavior from IE School of Science and Technology in 2017. Sarita also holds two degrees from Universidad de Los Andes, a degree in Psicología from 2009 to 2014 and a degree in Lenguajes y Estudios Socioculturales from 2009 to 2014.
