Abrar Abutouq

Abrar Abutouq has extensive experience in software quality assurance. Abrar started their career in 2014 at Bayt.com as a Senior Software Quality Assurance, where their main responsibilities included Release Manager role, creating test plans and test cases, giving training about the product, enhancing the usability and user experience of the system, working with a Scrum team, and handling supervision tasks. In 2020, they joined Userpilot as a Product Experience Manager and Quality Assurance Lead.

Abrar Abutouq completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Information System at the University of Jordan between 2010 and 2014. In 2018 and 2019, they obtained a Diploma in Graphic Design from Pioneers Academy. In 2020, they earned certifications from Udemy in UX Design College Class taught by a University UX Instructor and The Project Management Course: Beginner to PROject Manager.
