Amal Al-Khatib

Amal Al-Khatib has worked in the professional world since 2018. Amal began their career as a Digital Platforms Design Officer, Training and Development Officer, and Retail Credit Review Officer at Jordan Ahli Bank. In 2022, they transitioned to Userpilot, where they currently serve as a Product Designer. In their role as Training and Development Officer, they were responsible for planning, directing, and delivering training and development programs for Jordan Ahli Bank employees, as well as organizing online training courses using virtual tools and digital learning methods.

Amal Al-Khatib has an educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Jordan, which they obtained between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Information Technology from Modern System School. Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications, including an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in 2022, a Google UX Design Professional Certificate from Coursera in 2022, a Certified Credit Officer from the Institute of Banking Studies in 2019, an Email Marketing Certificate from HubSpot Academy in 2020, and an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) from IELTS Official in 2020.
