Basel Hamadeh

Basel Hamadeh has worked in various roles since 2008. Basel began their career at Desert Star Co. as a Sales & Coordinator in 2008. In 2013, they moved to McDonald's, where they worked as a Dispatcher. In 2017, they joined VFS TasHeel International, where they held the roles of Operations Team Leader and Customer Experience Expert. In 2020, they were hired by Agile Technologies as a Quality Assurance. Currently, they are employed at Userpilot as a Customer Experience Manager.

Basel Hamadeh obtained their General Certificate of Secondary Education from Ahmad Touqan School in 2012-2013. Basel then attended The Open University and Arab Open University from 2013-2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, respectively. In 2021, they obtained an ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
