Chicara Sanders, MBA, PMP, CSM, CSPO, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Deal Desk Specialist in GTM Operations at UserTesting, Chicara has successfully transformed cross-functional programs and implemented tools to enhance team efficiency. Previous roles include Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Zendesk and UserTesting, where Chicara initiated large-scale projects that significantly improved sales productivity and data integrity.
